Privacy Policy
Last updated : June 26, 2026
CelsiusAI places fundamental importance on protecting your personal data. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is the site publisher, identified in the legal notice.
Data collected
We only collect data that is strictly necessary:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and message, in order to respond to your request.
- Technical data: audience measurement runs on an Umami instance we host ourselves, in France. It writes no cookie and stores nothing on your device, does not keep your IP address — it only serves to compute an anonymous visit identifier, renewed daily — and sends no data to any third party. No advertising tracker is used.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to respond to your requests (performance of pre-contractual measures) and to improve our service (legitimate interest). No data is used for prospecting purposes without your explicit consent.
Retention
Messages received via the contact form are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted.
Client and engagement data
As part of our engagements, our clients' business data is never used to train models and does not leave the infrastructure agreed contractually. The architectures we deploy favor on-prem or private-cloud processing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@celsius-ai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (CNIL in France).
Subprocessors
We use third-party services for hosting and language-model APIs: Vercel Inc. (site hosting in the United States, transfers governed by standard contractual clauses) and OVH SAS (API hosting, Roubaix, France). We verify their GDPR guarantees and sign the corresponding data processing agreements (DPAs).
