How long until I see a first result?+
A technical feasibility audit in 48 hours. A working PoC is then delivered in 2 to 4 weeks, tested on your real data. Production integration then follows iteratively, with measurable results at each step.
Who maintains the system in production?+
We offer a monthly maintenance contract that includes 24/7 LLM performance monitoring, model updates, cost alerts, and technical support. You can also choose to have us train your team to maintain the system independently.
Can we start with a PoC before committing?+
That's our default model. We define a precise PoC scope together (use case, test data, success criteria), give you feasibility feedback within 48 hours, then deliver the working PoC in 2 to 4 weeks on your real data. Commitment to a full project only comes after the PoC is validated.
Security
Is my data protected? GDPR?+
By default, we build architectures that keep your data inside your infrastructure: on-prem or private cloud deployment (Azure, OVH, AWS VPC). If cloud APIs are used (OpenAI, Anthropic), it's documented and you sign the corresponding DPAs. Your business data stays with you; we never store it on our own servers.

All the major models: GPT-4o, Claude 3.5/4, Gemini 1.5/2, Mistral Large, Llama 3 (on-prem), Qwen. Our architecture is model-agnostic: you can switch providers without rewriting your stack. We recommend the optimal model based on your use case and budget.
